Thomas Keller's right-hand man, Jeffrey Cerciello, is using impeccable ingredients to produce some outstanding country-style cooking for brunch and lunch. Surrounding the tables is an artisanal market selling ingredients, baked goods, and fruit from Frog Hollow Farm.
