They were very helpful and a easy process. So at first I couldn’t create a account on the newer version bc my account was connected through Facebook on the original one which they deactivated. So I followed the steps for the Facebook login in which requires you to submit a form. On the form it’s a spot for your new UID and your old UID bc I couldn’t create account I used my old UID in both spots. They emailed me letting me know I couldn’t use my old UID. I explained everything going on and that it wouldn’t let me login in through the google nor apple bc my account was through Facebook. They did something on their end with my email so that I could login. Once that was straightened out I logged in got my new UID and my rolls and tickets were transferred to the new account. Take the time to do the form and email them back process wasn’t long at all.
No way to contact support
I’ve used this app for a long time, back when it was just verydice and not verydice+. I was able to transfer all of my info like my tickets and rolls when they changed apps, but when I went back in after a month or so, all of my tickets were gone. I had over 40k saved up and they just suddenly disappeared with no warning or explanation. There is no support email or any way to contact them about issues. They also got rid of a lot of the redemption options. There used to be mini games when you’d roll doubles, and they got rid of those as well
It was better as verydice I don’t know why they removed it
