<p>Beef and broccoli is a takeout staple for a reason: It's satisfying, savory, and perfectly saucy. In our take, we've swapped in Chinese broccoli for the traditional broccoli florets and added a bright vinaigrette that combines soy, honey, red wine vinegar, and toasted pine nuts. Jasmine rice on the side is ideal for scooping up all of that incredible sauce.&nbsp;</p>
