Chipotle Turkey Empanadas with Smoky Roasted Broccoli
<p>The empanada obsession continues—and we couldn't be happier about it. This week, Chef Giuseppe is pairing milder turkey with zesty chipotle paste for Southwest-inspired flavor, then blending in a little spinach for a pop of green. It's all enveloped in dough and baked until steamy on the inside and golden and flaky outside, then served with a side of spice-roasted broccoli—topped with melted Cheddar, of course, to fulfill our cheese cravings.</p>
