San Francisco - Turn wheat into ramen noodles. I'm a formally trained chef and I've traveled extensively in Japan and China learning how to cook. I took to Ramen's simple ingredients and robust flavor. It's my favorite dish from all my travels and a staple of San Francisco's Japanese and Chinese communities. It's surprisingly easy to make, so I am eager to share this thousand-year-old culture with other foodies.
