So just recently I have decided it's time for me to lose my baby weight.
My daughter is almost 14 months and I'm sick of being overweight. I went from 150ish to 176. Dieting started yesterday. My plan is to get back to 150 by at least October! 💪🏼 if anyone has any tips whatsoever, please leave them in the comments.
