'German vegan' has not been an oxymoron since Kopps opened as Berlin's first high-end, animal-product-free restaurant. Locals love the early bird dinner (€19 for three courses, no reservations) from 6pm to 7.30pm and the weekend brunch buffet. The space is sparse but stylish, with bluish-grey walls, recycled doors and mirrors in unexpected places.
