Ho Hung Kee
The tasty noodles, wontons and congee at this 70-year-old shop are cooked according to the Ho's heirloom recipes, and clearly they still work, as do the dim sum and Cantonese classics newly included in the menu. Though the location lacks character, Ho Hung Kee is always packed during lunch, even before it was awarded one Michelin star.
