Bread lovers, rejoice! Good bread can be hard to find in Barcelona, but Reykjavik saves the day. All loaves are made using organic flour – spelt, wholemeal, mixed cereals and so on – and sourdough yeast, though this does make for fairly high prices. The bakery also produces excellent cakes. Three more shops can be found in the Born, Gràcia and L'Eixample.
