A favourite for its ubercool location in an industrial atelier (with bare cement, metal columns and big windows), Soya is a full-on cantine bio (organic eatery) in what was once a staunchly working-class district. Dishes, many tofu-based, are vegetarian and the weekend brunch buffet is deliciously lazy and languid. A glass floor floods the basement area with light.
