This white, minimalist space on Stanton feels more SoCal than LES, and has a devoted following for its delectably inventive (and fairly priced) farm-to-table vegetarian plates. Stop by any time of day for chia pudding with winter berries and agave and after 11am for a grain bowl or an inventive beet dish with leeks, sunflower and a sieved egg.
