36 y/o female (G1P0) approx 9 weeks' gestation . C/o nausea and vomiting since 2 weeks. She more nausea with smell of cooking food No medical or surgical history. Vitals :Temp 98.7°F; HR 88 beats/min; BP 120/80 mm Hg; Abdomen: soft and non-tender; Pelvic: cervical os closed, no bleeding, 10-week-sized uterus, no adnexal masses or tenderness bilaterally.
