*Chief complaint* Painful mass under his right arm. *Description* A 59 y/o male complaints of painful mass under his right arm No other complaint. Physical examination shows a firm mass of 3.0 cm * 2.0 cm. *Past history* PMH of HTN & melanoma. Surgical history: He has h/o surgery of melanoma on the right shoulder. CT was negative for metastatic disease at that time & appendectomy also. *Vitas* BP: 124 / 62 mm Hg.
