A 2-year-old boy presented with complaints of bilateral multiple neck swellings for 1 year which was insidious in onset, painless and progressively increasing in size. There was no history of fever, weight loss, night sweats, cough or abdominal pain. No history of contact with tuberculosis was noted. Frontal radiograph of chest and H&E stain image are attached. Plz, suggest the line of treatment.
