21 yrs young boy with complaints of hair falls with pain in frontal and temples region 4-5 days interval from 1 yr < electric lights and working in sunlight , indigestion and drinking milk Mild pain in upper abdomen for 1 hour at 4-5 pm < sour foods > eating and drinking Asthmatic tendency from 4 years < smoke , dust , perfume and cold food F/ H grand mother hypertension , father asthma Hot patient sleep disturbance Appetite normal eating slowly thirst less Craving for salty foods , egg + aversion to milk , itching sensation of throat from eating brinjal Sweat ++ more in chest and back with foul smell , urine normal with foul smell , stool constipated large with foul smell .
