A 48 years female complain of chest pain on left side since two years. *Chief Complaints* Pain, tenders, burning sensation at over night in left side chest. No any more complain, only weakness. *History* PTB 10-11 year's ago, DM 2 years ago and under control with medication. *Vitals* SpO2- 99% Puls - 86bpm Tem. 97°F BP - 100/70 mm/ hg Wt. - 46 kg. *Physical Examination* Chest tender around the left breast and backache. *Investigations* Chest X-RAY PA view, tag with below.
