35yrs old came with abdominal pain after starting on ATT first line treatment by local doctor came to our hospital with increase abdominal pain and not passing stool on 30/3/16 and started on 2nd line ATT and treated conservatively and discharge home after 2 weeks stay but attending again with increase pain and not properly passing stool & flatus. Again treated conservatively and had two AXR in standing positions on different dates. Please comment on individual X-rays with pointing towards findings. Also comment on the further management. He is still on 2nd line ATT (inj oflox and streptomycin) and tolerating semisolid orally. Should diagnostic lap will be helpful or just wait and watch?
