Studies find osteopathic manipulative treatment improves low back pain, avoid surgery
Studies published in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association found that osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) reduced pain and improved function in patients suffering from chronic, nonspecific low back pain.
