*Chief Complaint* A 52 y/o male presented with a dull abdominal pain, tirdness and loss of apetite for 4 months. *History* Patient is hypertensive, not on regular medication. *Examination* A palpable mass in the left flank region was noted. *Investigations* Lab reports are wnl. Urine analysis shows microscopic hematuria. Ultrasound shows a large retroperitoneal mass of the left kidney. CT abdomen shows a large homogenous left renal mass of 13.9 × 11 cm. *Diagnosis* Does it looks suspicious for renal cell carcinoma. *Treatment* What should be done done in this case?
