Patient is hypertensive, not on regular medication.
A palpable mass in the left flank region was noted.
Lab reports are wnl.
Urine analysis shows microscopic hematuria.
Ultrasound shows a large retroperitoneal mass of the left kidney.
CT abdomen shows a large homogenous left renal mass of 13.9 × 11 cm.
Does it looks suspicious for renal cell carcinoma.
What should be done done in this case?
