Patient having Left cervical lymphadenopathy since last 8 months. Only one upper lymph node involved. No history of any fever, dore throat. Sometimes feels stiffness in neck. FNAC done in february showed AFB stain Negative USG NECK done in february showed a lymph node of 13.0× 3.5 mm in size in posterior aspect of left upper cervical region. Patient took antibiotics for 10 days in Dec 19 and for 7 days in Feb. Currently taking Augmentin 1g since last 11 days. What's your most probable diagnosis for this case? *Chief Complaints* Left Cervical Lymphadenopathy
